1.) Register on our Web Site at http://www.BHomes.org/Register. Once registered you will receive a contact from one of our staff to determine what your needs and requirements are. For immediate assistance please contact Denis (Ext 116) or Matt (Ext 117) at 802-527-0244.

2.) Once a staff member has contacted you and you have provided your requirements you will be able to sign in to your newly created account on our Web Site and submit a budget. This budget will allow you to see which lots are available in Northern Vermont, and it will also inform you what size home you can build on each lot.

3.) Ok, you found a lot, determined the size of your new Dream Home, now all you need to do is contact us and we will start the process of designing the home on the lot you have found.

The lots are displayed on a virtual map with each location easily identified by price groups and location. Zoom in or out on the map or change your budget and you will see more or less choices depending on what you are looking for. Each lot displayed has all the building costs included so you will have an accurate idea of what your new Dream Home can be. You can select different home styles from Cape, Chalet, Colonial, Multi-Level or Ranch, and depending on the style the size of the home may vary. This service is unique to Bourbeau Custom Homes!
